Kyle Richards Shows Us What's in Her Fridge

Kyle Richards' skin is glowing so much these days, she's been flooded with questions about what she's doing — or, more specifically, which doctor she's seeing. And though The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pal has no qualms admitting that she gets Botox and laser treatments, the main "doctor" she's taking advice from these days is the Medical Medium.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesday, November 19 at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

The Feast caught up with the Beverly Hills mom at the at the joint premiere party for RHOBH and Mexican Dynasties in West Hollywood on February 12, and she filled us in on the juice that's boosted her radiance big-time. "Celery juice, honestly, I feel like is a game changer," she told us. "I’ve read all of the Medical Medium’s books and I drink that every single day. I go to my workout with my girlfriends and we drink our celery juice and we are killing it."

So, where does Kyle score this miracle brew? "I have a juicer, but there’s a place called Holy Juice in Bel Air that I love to go to," Kyle spilled. "For some reason, his is the best because it’s really cold, so my girlfriends and I, we go together, we work out and then we go to Holy Juice and we get our juice and we’re like, ‘Yesssss.’"

Though some people have tried celery juice and found its taste rather, um, displeasing (ahem, Stassi Schroeder), Kyle is hooked on the flavor of pure, juiced celery. But, she offered this tip for newbies: "If you’re in the beginning and it’s hard for you, you may want to add a little lemon and apple," she said. "But you eventually have to get to pure celery juice, and I love it so much."

So, just to be clear: It's worth it to sip the questionable-tasting stuff? "I honestly think it’s made a big difference on my skin and my face," Kyle shared. "People are like, ‘What did you do?’ and I’m thinking to myself, like, I’m very honest about everything I do – I definitely notice a difference in my skin. I don’t do filler, I do Botox." She summed up her secrets as: "Lasers and when you’re treating your body well from the inside out."

Kyle, who turned 50 this year, has previously chatted with us about what it means to her to treat her body well. Along with regular exercise, Kyle told us, "I don’t have a lot of bad things in my diet, I eat really well. But I haven’t used Splenda, or like a fake sugar, in — I don’t know how many years. I don’t ever drink a soda anymore, I used to drink a Coca Cola regularly. So I just want to cut out every single thing bad in my life."

For more news on Kyle, be sure to tune into RHOBH every Tuesday at 9/8 c. And in the meantime, catch up on all the Season 9 episodes by clicking here
