Kyle Richards Quizzes Portia About Mauricio Umansky's Trip: "I'm Curious..." (VIDEO)
See how RHOBH's Kyle Richards reacts when Portia Umanksy brings up dad Mauricio Umansky's trip to Europe.
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky might be separated, but they're still a family. And so, in a preview for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14, Episode 3 (set to air Dec. 3), Kyle can't help but be curious about the real estate agent's upcoming summer vacation.
"I'm curious what his trip is going to be. Is he going with people? Am I being nosy to ask?" Kyle asks daughter Portia Umansky.
Her 16-year-old daughter has little to share regarding her father's getaway, other than the fact that he might be going solo — a notion that Kyle finds hard to believe. "He's not going to go alone," she says.
And while Portia notes that Kyle should simply ask Mauricio about his plans, Kyle says she "doesn't care enough" to bring it up, before flashing her daughter a cheeky grin that suggested otherwise.
Kyle Richards' Life at Home with Portia Umansky
As the sole Umansky daughter living at home, Portia gets to spend even more time with her mom, who revealed on a June 4 Amazon Live stream that co-parenting with Mauricio has been relatively easy since they separated. As it stands, the exes have not officially filed for divorce or created a custody arrangement, so Portia just does as she pleases.
"She's 16 years old, and there's no fighting involved in my relationship with Mau at all," Kyle explained on the stream. "So that part is very nice. I don't have to deal with any of that. Thank god."
Co-parenting has been made easier by the fact that Portia, now 16, has her driver's license and can get around on her own.
Kyle Richards says she and Mauricio will spend the holidays together as a family
At the Bravo Fan Fest in Miami, Kyle revealed that she and Mauricio will reunite in the coming weeks.
"Oh yeah, we'll see each other during the holidays," she exclusively told E! News at Bravo Fan Fest in Miami on November 23. "You know, we are a family. We have our daughters together. So, we'll see each other during the holidays for sure."
This news isn't all that surprising considering the family has been spotted together since Kyle and Mauricio announced their separation. Earlier this year, they went on vacation to the Coachella valley for the Stagecoach Music Festival with Portia, Alexia, and Sophia, along with Kyle's oldest child Farrah Brittany, whom she shares with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
Things are going so well between Kyle and Mauricio, they don't even feel the need to file for divorce just yet. As Kyle told E! News in November, "I think it's been more of a psychological thing for us and for our family. We've been getting along and there was no pressure from either side that we needed to do that."
