Where Did the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Cast Go to College?

Find out where agents Tracy Tutor, Josh Altman, Heather Altman, and Josh Flagg went to school (if they went at all).

By Shannon Raphael

Before they were luxury real estate agents, several of the cast members on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles were ditching class and spending time on the quad as college undergraduates.

How to Watch

Watch Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Bravo Wednesday, July 10 at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

Ahead of the Season 15 premiere on July 10 we've rounded up some intel on where agents Josh Altman, Tracy Tutor, Heather Altman, and Josh Flagg went to college (if they went at all).

Where did Tracy Tutor go to college?

Tracy Tutor attended college at the University of Southern California.

Long before she was closing deals, Tracy obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Southern California.

During an exclusive chat with The Daily Dish on June 24, Tracy confirmed that her eldest daughter, Juliet, is following in her footsteps. Juliet will also be a Trojan come the fall.

"She is off to USC," Tracy proudly shared. "That was my alma mater as well. So, it’s pretty awesome."

Though Juliet did ultimately decide on USC, she considered going elsewhere.

"She did get into a variety of other schools and believe it or not, [she did] look at SMU in Texas," Tracy continued. "So, that was like, my worst-case scenario, because I'd get to see her every other week when I go to Texas for work, but she ultimately ended up choosing USC and is thrilled. She’s beyond thrilled."

Where did Josh Altman go to college?

Josh Altman attended college at Syracuse University.

Josh, who hails from Newton, Massachusetts, studied Speech Communications at Syracuse University in upstate New York.

During his college years, Josh briefly was a kicker on the Syracuse football team, though he did not play in any games.

Where did Heather Altman go to college?

Heather Altman did not attend college and, instead, kickstarted her real estate career.

After Heather graduated from high school, she immediately began selling real estate in her home city of Las Vegas (which she discussed at length on Season 14 of MDLLA).

While chatting with The Daily Dish in 2023, Heather revealed how she got into real estate

“In my free time on the weekends or after school, my mom and I would go to all the new housing tracts and look at all the new developments in Las Vegas," she explained. "I really enjoyed it, so that’s what pushed me into getting my real estate license."

Heather sold real estate in the Sin City area for about five years, until the market crashed. She then moved out to Los Angeles, where she eventually began working with MDLLA alum Madison Hildebrand. Her relationship with Madison is how Heather ultimately met her husband, Josh Altman.

Like Heather, Josh Flagg also began selling real estate full-time as soon as he was done with high school (though he actually started listing properties while he was still a student).
