Kyle Richards is still figuring out what the future holds for her and Mauricio Umansky. So, when a producer asks her if she still has hopes of reconciling with Mauricio in a preview of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14, Episode 3 — set to air Dec. 3 — she gives an interesting response.

How to Watch

More specifically, Kyle says, "I don't want to answer that question right now."

The difficult question comes after Kyle and Mauricio discuss their new living situation in a surprisingly lighthearted conversation. It's revealed that Mauricio signed a 6-month lease on a new condo and has bought new furniture for the space, which seemingly comes as a surprise to Kyle.

"I assumed when Mau got this place, he was going to have it staged because it was temporary," she explains in a confessional. "But he decided to buy the furniture, which, of course, is more permanent. So, I thought, 'Well, this does not seem very temporary.'"

She also thought the 6-month lease indicated that they'd reassess where their relationship stands after six months and then "see what happens." But now, it seems she's not so sure.

Are Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky divorced?

Kyle and Mauricio have not taken any steps toward legal separation. She previously explained why she hasn't filed for divorce on an November episode of the Housewives Nightcap podcast, stating, "It just hasn’t felt like any reason, any pressing reason to. And it just, I don’t know, feels big and dramatic. I wish I had a better answer because I actually don’t… I don’t know, he moved out and he does his thing, I do my thing…"

“If I were to analyze this, it’s just kind of scary," Kyle continued. "But, yeah, I don’t know. I think I need a psychologist. It’s, like, we have a big family together, we have homes… It’s like, OK, we’re not together, but we don’t want anything to change.”

Where do Kyle and Mauricio stand today?

Speaking of Kyle and Mauricio's family — the former couple shares children AlexiaSophia, and Portia Umansky, as well as Kyle’s oldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, from a previous marriage — she recently confirmed that they'll spend the 2024 holiday season together.

“Oh yeah, we’ll see each other during the holidays,” Kyle told E! News during Bravo Fan Fest in Miami on November 23. “You know, we are a family. We have our daughters together. So, we’ll see each other during the holidays for sure.”
