James Kennedy Has Officially Moved Out of Paul's Apartment

James Kennedy is moving on up … literally! Since we last saw the Vanderpump Rules DJ, he has bid adieu to his older roommate Paul (who Lala Kent suggested was his sugar daddy) and moved in with his girlfriend, Raquelle Leviss, and their adorable new puppy, Graham. Home & Design checked in with the couple to get a tour of their brand new high-rise apartment, which has stainless steel appliances, beautiful views of the Hollywood sign, and “perfect selfie lighting,” according to Raquelle. The two-bedroom space allows James to take over one room for his studio, where he’s housing his DJ equipment, speakers for producing, a keyboard, and more. The couple shares the second bedroom, which gets lots of natural light and has a walk-in closet … that's big enough for James to hide in, LOL.

What he’s most excited about in his new pad, however, is a lift-top coffee table that turns into a lap-height tray for eating. “This is gangster!” shouted James during the tour. Agreed. Even the most “adult” of us can admit that we end up eating multiple meals a day crouched over a coffee table in front of the TV — so we might as well opt for one that eliminates the back-breaking hunching!
