Andy Cohen shares new details about working with Ryan Serhant
The process of selling his current apartment with Ryan has been quite entertaining according to Andy. As he told the audience at Bravo Fan Fest, "I wish you could see the goings on between us. It would make for its own show."
Andy and Ryan had previously talked about working together during a July episode of WWHL. Andy expressed his hopefulness that Ryan would get him his listing price for his dream apartment, where he was living at the time, while Ryan assured him that he would. "You still feel good about this price?" Andy asked Ryan. Ryan then replied, "Yes!"
Elsewhere, in an interview with The New York Times shortly after Andy's apartment was listed, Ryan revealed that he begged Andy to list the apartment the first time he had ever laid eyes on it. "The first time I walked into Andy's apartment, I said, 'Whenever you are willing to part with this, even if I have to pull it from your grip, please let me know," he explained. "Because it's one of one."
"It's one of those treasures that you wait your whole career for to find something like this that you get to bring to the market and sell," Ryan added.
