Heather Dubrow's Los Angeles Penthouse Is Decked Out for the Holidays (PHOTOS)
RHOC couple Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow gave their incredible penthouse a holiday transformation.
When Heather Dubrow decorates her home for the holidays, you know it's done in très chic style. On November 18, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member revealed how she and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, outfitted their penthouse Los Angeles apartment (which you can tour in the video above) for the holiday season.
"Happy Monday !!! This is the start to a FUN week… holiday gatherings, seeing friends, and the twins are turning 21!!!!" Heather captioned a series of photos shared via Instagram. To kick off the images, Heather shared a throwback photo of herself holding her twins, Maximillia and Nicholas, as the sweetest little newborns (the couple also share kids Katarina and Ace). "Here’s a sneak peek of our holiday decor… gift guide coming soon!" Heather concluded the caption of the post, revealing the black, white, and silver-themed decorations spread around her penthouse.
The second photo in the series revealed several black boxes with white lining, white numbers, and black-and-white ribbons situated in front of a grand piano. Though Heather didn't go into detail about the nature of the boxes, they appear to be gifts for her children.
Elsewhere in the carousel of images, we saw black stockings hanging over the fireplace with silver letters for each Dubrow family member. Heather also peppered the apartment with small, faux-flocked evergreen trees and, in the final slide of her series, revealed the family's large Christmas tree surrounded by silver disco balls.
Heather Dubrow Gives an Update on Her Beverly Hills Home Build
Heather may be living at the L.A. penthouse currently, but in July 2023, she announced that she and Terry purchased a "dream house" in Beverly Hills and had started renovating it. Over a year later, the California mom shared an update on Part 1 of the RHOC Season 18 reunion.
"What's happening construction-wise on the new home?" host Andy Cohen asked.
"Oh my god, it's a disaster," Heather laughed. She then explained, "You know how you and I always talk about our construction things? How it's, like, twice the time, twice the budget? We're sort of in that land."
Though Heather didn't reveal the details of the renovation costs during the reunion, in the RHOC Season 18 premiere, she noted that after paying $16 million for the house, their total after renovations would be around $32 million.
"This house, we're going to take down to the studs," Heather shared on the premiere. She and Terry also talked out their vision for renovations, estimating they will spend "2 to 3 million" for landscaping, "just over 2 million" on a guest house, and one million dollars on the movie theater and other home changes.
