Josh Flagg Details His "Bicoastal" Monthly Schedule with His Boyfriend Kelton
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Josh Flagg also revealed why he decided to buy Charlie Puth's house.
Josh Flagg was born and raised in Beverly Hills, but is he about to trade in the 90210 zip code for a residency in the Big Apple?
Not exactly. During an appearance on the November 19 episode of Estate Media's podcast, Real Talk, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent explained that he and his boyfriend, Kelton, are dividing their time between New York City and Los Angeles.
"So my boyfriend and I are in New York one week every month, and we're in LA three weeks every month," he specified.
The California native also confirmed that the two "have a place in New York" in addition to Josh's properties in Los Angeles. "So [we're] bicoastal," he concluded.
Josh previously opened up about his bicoastal lifestyle during an exclusive chat with The Daily Dish in July 2024.
"I'm in a serious relationship, [with a] really good, nice guy who's from New York and lives in LA," Josh explained about why he's been in the Big Apple more in the last few months. "So, we go back and forth together between New York and Los Angeles."
A few months later, in September, Josh reiterated that he plans to continue spending time on both coasts.
"We're enjoying our time going back and forth between LA and New York City," he told us.
Josh Flagg's new $14 million home in Beverly Hills previously owned by Charlie Puth
As viewers saw on MDLLA, Josh Flagg decided to buy his dream home in the Beverly Hills Flats sight unseen. However, when he and Tracy Tutor entered the $9.2 million property, he realized it was going to take a lot more work than he initially bargained for. As a result, Josh changed his mind about renovating the Bedford Drive house and instead purchased a $14 million property in the Trousdale Estates.
The most recent owner of the home? Singer Charlie Puth.
Josh recorded the Real Talk podcast from his new house, and he explained why he decided to buy that instead of renovate the Bedford Drive property.
"I never thought I'd buy a mid-century house, but it's such a special house," he shared. "This is the model home for Trousdale. This is Trousdale Home No. 1... The owner called me up directly and he said, 'I want you to see my house.' And I said, 'I'm just about to start a project in Beverly Hills, I have a house in the Flats,' and he's like, 'Just come take a look at it.'"
Josh then agreed to see the property.
"It was Charlie Puth's house, and I took a look at it. I was like, 'I really, really like this house.' I don't know why; It's not my vibe, but [there's] something very special about it," he continued on the podcast. "And then I started immediately thinking about resale, [and] what I can do to change it."
As a result, Josh's plans have changed considerably.
"I'm gonna enjoy it for a couple of years, but in a couple years, I'm gonna then do everything I want to do to the house, and then I'm gonna sell it," he explained.
As for the Bedford Drive house? Josh admitted that he "still" needs to "figure out" what he's going to do with it.
