Alexis Bellino recently announced her split from Jim Bellino after 13 years of marriage, and real estate sleuths have discovered that The Real Housewives of Orange County alum and her soon-to-be ex-husband bought a lavish home just a few months before Jim filed for divorce on June 21.
The three bedroom, four bathroom oceanfront stunner is located in the city of Dana Point in southern Orange County and came with a price tag of $4 million. Real estate appears to have been a shared passion for Alexis and Jim: The couple also purchased a rustic chic five bedroom estate and guest house in nearby San Juan Capistrano for $3.65 million.
