Andy Cohen's gorgeous apartment in New York City’s West Village neighborhood has many amazing details. One room we love in particular? His midcentury-style office that doubles as a home studio, as you can watch in the video above.

On November 14, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host shared an Instagram Story that showed off his beautiful office space in the evening. Needless to say, we're obsessed with the cozy, contemporary vibe of the room, which features floor-to-ceiling wood paneling, a rectangular-shaped wood desk, a tan leather desk chair, and glen plaid-upholstered chairs on the other side of the desk.

The room also has a multicolored striped area rug, an overhead light fixture with brass details and three bulbs, and a wall opposite the desk covered in photos we definitely wish we could see close-up.

Additionally, in August we got a different (daytime) view of Andy's office, looking at the other side of the wall that features a unique built-in bookcase with books, art objects, and other memorabilia.

We also spotted more eye-popping elements including a bright orange rotary telephone, a gold lamp, kitschy figurines, and more.

Andy Cohen Is Selling His West Village Apartment

Though Andy has called his West Village apartment home for many years, in December 2023, the radio host revealed he was “figuring out [his] real estate," and looking for a new abode in the city.

“I’m finishing this beach house,” Andy shared on the Table for Two with Bruce Bozzi podcast, noting he was also "working on a new apartment in the city.”

On a July 2024 episode of WWHL, Andy revealed he enlisted Million Dollar Listing New York alum Ryan Serhant to sell his West Village home. "Ryan’s going to be listing it this fall, I think?” Andy asked Ryan, who was a guest on the show at the time.

“You still feel good about this price?” Andy asked about the $14 million price tag on the place, to which Ryan promptly responded, “Yes!”

In a September interview with The New York Times, Ryan gushed about Andy's 3,500-square-foot pad, further detailing his excitement to help the WWHL host sell the property.

“The first time I ever walked into Andy’s apartment, I said, ‘Whenever you are willing to part with this, even if I have to pull it from your grip, please let me know. Because it’s a one-of-one,’” Ryan shared with the outlet. “It’s one of those treasures that you wait your whole career for to find something like this that you get to bring to market and sell.”
