If you can’t get enough of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 3, you’re in luck, because Heather Gay, Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose, Angie Harrington, Angie Katsanevas, and Danna Bui-Negrete are spilling even more tea on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City After Show. Read on for the biggest bombshells (so far!).

Whitney Regrets Trying to Mend Her Friendship with Heather

How to Watch

Watch the The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City on Bravo Wednesdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

“I wish I would’ve just pumped the brakes and believed her when she said I lost her forever, because I feel pathetic,” Whitney said. “I’m chasing Heather down all the time and it’s reading as, like, desperate or whatever. But I love Heather and I felt like she was a friendship worth fighting for.”

But when Whitney went to Heather’s to have a conversation about their friendship, she didn’t think Heather was “listening” and instead “just dismissing me and minimizing me.”

“What I’m realizing now is I was being gaslit,” Whitney added. “She’s so good at when you’re talking about one thing, she’ll pull in a million other things to distract you from what you’re confronting her about because she doesn’t want to be confronted.”

Heather Says Whitney "Can't Stand" Lisa

Heather, meanwhile, said on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City After Show that she was upset that Whitney was trying to defend Lisa during their conversation. “I think she’s got enough going on in her life that I am not going to tell her what I really think and feel, that she’s sitting on my couch defending Lisa when she can’t stand Lisa,” Heather explained. “When did she have this change of heart?”

Meredith Was "Pretty Pissed Off" About Seth and John's Conversation

Lisa’s husband, John Barlow, told Meredith’s husband, Seth Marks, that Meredith was the one to bring up the rumors about Lisa. Meredith, however, maintained that Whitney was responsible. “I was pretty pissed off, to say the least,” Meredith said on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City After Show

The way Lisa saw it, “I think John was just letting Seth know, ‘Hey, Meredith was perpetuating some rumors about our family too, and it’s like, where is it gonna stop? We’re going tit for tat. Are we even yet?’”

Lisa Says She Didn't Intend for Her Heather Tweet to Be Hurtful

Looking back on her decision to tweet Heather’s father’s obituary, Lisa said, “When I tweeted, Heather and I were working on being in a better place. And look it, I wasn’t trying to cause a problem with Heather. I just wanted to move forward with her. I’m like, ‘Hey, let’s clear it up and let’s move on. And don’t do it again.’”

Heather Says Lisa's Tweet Affected Her Relationship with Her Family

Heather explained that her already strained relationship with her family was further affected when Lisa publicly shared the details of her father’s passing. “It kind of proved their point,” she said. “Like, you’re hanging out with the dregs of society that are mean. ‘These are not righteous people’ is kind of the tone of it.”

Responding to the notion, Lisa said, “Placing a blame like that on me because I told the truth about myself is kind of ridiculous.”

Angie H. Shades Lisa

Giving her own take on the Heather-Lisa drama, Angie H. said, “Lisa’s need to appear perfect will trump her friendships. Rather than having a moment of, ‘You know what, I messed with your father’s funeral, that was not OK,’ it was more important to her to appear to the fans and the audience innocent than it was to have a sensitivity bone toward Heather. To make herself appear well is always going to be more important than her friendships. And until she can understand that, her friendships are gonna keep dropping.”
