The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member recently hinted at a major real estate move.
Is The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's Lisa Barlow moving out of her Utah home?
In the above trailer for Bravo's new show, Sold on SLC, Lisa made an appearance while speaking with cast member and realtor Sarah Martindale, who RHOSLC viewers were briefly introduced to on the show's Season 5 premiere.
"God is in this brokerage," Lisa quips in the video before speaking with Sarah about an ostensible new property.
"We have to have a guest house, we want a spray tan station, [and] we have to have a salon in our house," Lisa says with a smile, although she doesn't share anything additional about her real estate plans.
All the same, we totally understand those requests!
Lisa Barlow Is Building a Mountain House
Though Lisa didn't reveal more in the trailer, she did talk about her and her husband, John Barlow, building a new home in August 2023. The mom of two dropped the details on Pillows and Beer, a podcast hosted by Southern Charm's Austen Kroll and Craig Conover.
“You guys would love Park City,” Lisa said on the episode. “You guys definitely have to get out here this winter, for sure. We’re actually building a mountain house, so you guys are gonna have to stay there when it’s done.”

While we wait to see some of Lisa's next real estate moves, let's revisit Lisa's stunning modern minimalist home.
In a tour for BravoTV.com, Lisa gave a look inside her family home, which features a "simple" and "very clean" palette and layout with a few pops of color and personality.
“One thing that was important to me is that I wanted everything to be simple, very clean, long lines, and for it to basically look like a furniture piece in the house and less like a kitchen,” she explains in the home tour. “Because who likes to use the kitchen? Not this girl.”
Lisa also noted how much she wanted her personality to come through via the various design details around her home.
“[I] just wanted to put a little bit of Lisa on the whole house,” she said. "I want everyone that comes in my home to feel like they’re part of my house. And to feel cozy, comfortable.”

In addition to sharing the design elements of her home, Lisa also revealed the details inside her refrigerator (along with her RHOSLC castmates Heather Gay, Angie Katsanevas, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose, Mary Cosby, and Bronwyn Newport) in a recent video tour with BravoTV.com.
We spotted numerous bottles and cans of water, POPPI prebiotic soda, and Diet Coke, which Lisa noted she "always" has on hand.
Lisa also pointed out her Trader Joe's salads and sandwiches she keeps on hand, along with various cheeses and meats.
"I could live on charcuterie and cheese," she shared.
