The cherry blossoms and the drama are in full bloom on The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 8.
A juicy midseason trailer for the remaining episodes dropped on December 15, and friendships and marriages are on the line for cast members Karen Huger, Gizelle Bryant, Dr. Wendy Osefo, Mia Thornton, Ashley Darby, Candiace Dillard Bassett, and Nneka Ihim.

Dr. Wendy Osefo and Nneka Ihim's Feud Continues
Almost immediately after Nneka was introduced to the group, she began to clash with fellow Nigerian cast member, Dr. Wendy. The ladies' issues are far from over, according to the midseason teaser.
"You do not want peace," Wendy tells Nneka as she gets up from the table while the two are out for lunch together.
"No, you don't want peace," Nneka argues.
In another moment from the teaser, Wendy shares an ominous message for the RHOP newbie.
"If you want to go low, then let's go to hell," Wendy says at a group event.
Mia Thornton's Marriage Is Under Fire
Viewers can also see the further demise of Mia and Gordon Thornton's marriage (she confirmed their separation in the fall of 2023).
"I'm done," Gordon tells Mia, to which she responds, "Gordon, that's not fair."
"You want fair, [then] go to a carnival," he retorts.
Robyn Dixon and Juan Dixon's Relationship Woes
Amid their own growing pains, Robyn asks Juan if they can "spend more time with each other."
However, the spouses are getting massages, and Juan has entered into a different mode of relaxation.
"Juan, do you hear me?" Robyn follows up, before realizing that "he's asleep."
Gizelle Bryant Prepares to Send Grace Off to College
The RHOP O.G. gets one step closer to becoming an empty nester. Her eldest daughter, Grace, prepares to leave for college.
"Grace, you're leaving in less than 30 days," Gizelle tells her oldest, signaling lots of change to come.
Candiace Dillard Basett Shares an Update on Her Family Plans
After going back and forth about her timeline to have a family with husband Chris Bassett, Candiace makes a firm declaration in the teaser.
"I want a baby," she says in a tearful moment. (And she isn't the only one exploring her family options, as Nneka undergoes fertility treatment in the trailer.)
Karen Huger Gets Inked Up
Following her epic Triple Twenty birthday celebration, Karen is continuing her new era by adding some new ink to her ankle.
Karen can be seen getting a tattoo in the midseason trailer, though viewers will have to stay tuned to find out what exactly she gets.
