The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent is ready to sell a very artistic and luxe Beverly Hills home.
Josh Flagg is no stranger to landing some pretty historic listings, but as he made clear on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 15, he's equally equipped to sell a modern or contemporary abode as well. Case in point: his latest listing, which is a stunning, contemporary home with a bold yard.
Josh took to Instagram on Monday, September 30, where he posted pictures of the "contemporary masterpiece" located in Trousdale Estates in Beverly Hills, and listed at $10 million. The photos show how the home combines art, architecture, color, and design, making it perfect for entertaining or displaying the future homeowner's sleek sense of style. He took to the caption of the post, where he penned a detailed home description.
"Drenched in natural sunlight with seamless transition to the outdoors caters to an entertainer's dream while exuding absolute tranquility," Josh wrote in the caption. This property is just one of Josh's "exciting" listings that he is working with after the Season 15 of MDLLA aired in early September.
Josh opened up to The Daily Dish about his current and future properties in an interview on September 11. "I currently have some incredible listings, including Casa Encantada, listed for $195 million, which is the most expensive house in the United States," he said.
"I just sold Judy Garland's former home," he added. "I have exciting upcoming listings." This Trousdale listing is definitely one of those.

As previously stated, Josh loves listing historic properties. This is due, in part, to the fact that Josh is a preservationist. He explained what makes him the best agent to sell a historic listing during MDLLA Season 15, Episode 9.
"I'm a commissioner in the city of Beverly Hills on the cultural heritage commission, which is...we love old things, right?" he said in the episode.
But this new listing is a slight change from that. And it's still so gorgeous.
