According to TMZ, the Vanderpump Rules restaurateur recently bought a $5 million house that sits on a golf course and has a "massive pool." Lisa reportedly wasted no time decorating the home in her stunning style.

The outlet reports that the new home purchase does not mean Lisa is selling her iconic Beverly Hills abode, Villa Rosa, which viewers saw Lisa move into on the Season 3 premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She plans to have both homes as she continues to split her time between California and Nevada.

Lisa Vanderpump's Las Vegas Restaurants

Given her growing business in Las Vegas, it doesn't come as a surprise that Lisa has expanded her real estate portfolio to include a Nevada property.

Lisa and Ken Todd brought their restaurant empire to Las Vegas in March 2019, when they opened Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesar’s Palace. Nearly three years later, they opened Vanderpump à Paris

Ahead of BravoCon 2023, Lisa announced that she will be opening her third Las Vegas venue, Pinky’s by Vanderpump, a restaurant and bar in the Flamingo Hotel. Although it was initially scheduled to open in the summer of 2024, TMZ reports the restaurant is now set to open its doors in November.

Of course, Lisa is very focused on the unique design of the new space.

"Through our design company, Vanderpump Alain, we are embracing the unique history of Flamingo Las Vegas, and the designs will be reminiscent of a bygone era," Lisa said in a 2023 press release when announcing her latest venture. "Caesars has allowed us the creativity to truly delve into the Art Deco style and create something that will encompass the stunning design of that time. The building will extend into a dramatic conservatory that will enhance the façade of the Flamingo on the Las Vegas Strip.”

Lisa and Ken's other restaurants include SUR, Tom Tom, and Wolf by Vanderpump.

When viewers met Lisa on the series premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she lived in a gorgeous house across the street from castmate Adrienne Maloof. By Season 3, however, she had settled into her new abode, Villa Rosa, and has resided there ever since.

“I’m just loving this new house,” she said on RHOBH's Season 3 premiere. “We wanted something more open plan, where we could actually find each other. It’s very tranquil here.”
