We Got a New Look Inside Josh Flagg’s "New, New" House Thanks to Sonja Morgan (VIDEO)
Thanks to the RHONY alum, you can now see inside the Millon Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agent's house.
Although Josh Flagg once labeled his BFF Sonja Morgan "the worst houseguest in history," he has since welcomed her back inside his house with open arms. Sure, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent can be driven crazy by his friend, but at least his new Beverly Hills house is incredibly accommodating.
The Real Housewives of New York City alum took to her Instagram feed on Wednesday, Nov. 6, where Sonja posted a hilarious reel showing her traveling from New York to California to see Josh. And by doing this, she gave a look inside his gorgeous house. In the video, Sonja can be seen landing at LAX and immediately going to Josh's new house in Beverly Hills.
Sonja stood in the kitchen where she showed off his dining area, where someone was hanging up artwork on the walls while Josh supervised. "Josh's new, new house," she wrote over the scene in the video.
Sonja then snapped a photo of Josh's boyfriend, Kelton, and his dog, George, hanging out on the couch in the living room. This was after Sonja grabbed a photo of her and Josh out to dinner where they celebrated an accomplishment in Josh's life. "Congrats Joshy poo," Sonja wrote over the photo.
"Just getting started in Beverly Hills with Josh and friends," she wrote in the caption of the reel. "Raiding Josh's fridge while he hangs paintings. So happy my daughter moved here. Hope to see you in Palm Springs!"
Inside Josh Flagg's Real Estate Portfolio
Just weeks ago, TMZ was the first to report that Josh had purchased a $14M house in Beverly Hills in early October. The vintage house, designed in 1965, is equipped with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a view of the California mountains.
This isn't the only home in Josh's extensive real estate portfolio. Josh owns a home in Bel-Air, where he has been living, with one room particularly good for escaping to. "I currently live in Bel Air," Josh told BravoTV.com at the time. "In my home, my library is probably the place I like to spend the most time and escape."
MDLLA Season 15 documented Josh purchasing a $9.2M house on Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills sight unseen. Although the house was Josh's childhood dream home, he found the house was completely dilapidated upon walking in and would need multiple years of renovations and work. However, he struggled with giving it up and decided to go ahead and continue the work on it.
"At Bedford, I just hired an architect [and] designer," he told The Daily Dish after the Season 15 finale aired. "Drawings are being done, we're putting together the plans, and we're about a month into the process."
