Tom Sandoval Reveals His and Ariana Madix's House Is "Going On the Market" (DETAILS)
Vanderpump Rules exes Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix are preparing to sell the California home they bought in 2019.
Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval are finally selling the Valley Village house they purchased together in 2019.
“The house is going on the market. [We’re] selling the house, getting it ready," Tom shared on the October 24 episode of Everybody Loves Tom. He then confirmed he and his girlfriend of almost one year, Victoria Lee Robinson, are "moving in together."
As Vanderpump Rules viewers saw in Season 11, Tom and Ariana lived in their home together for several months following their tumultuous split in March 2023. Despite their close proximity, Ariana explained during her sit-down with host Andy Cohen on Part 1 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion that the former couple "avoid[ed] run-ins at all costs,"
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times published in May 2023, Ariana explained why she didn't want to stay in an Airbnb while they figured out their respective living situations. “I can’t afford to do that. I pay a hefty mortgage. We are 50/50 on that," she said. "And I’m not going to shell out more money because of someone else’s sh-t. And I have my dog and my cat, and I’m not gonna leave them there by themselves.”
Moreover, on a May 2023 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Ariana said she planned to get her "money out of that house as quickly as possible."
Why didn't Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix sell their house after they broke up?
At a Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premiere event in January 2024, Ariana told People she was ready to own her own home but didn't want to give up the property she shared with Tom without a financial return. “I’m just really motivated to be able to get my investment that I made into the house out so that I can make another investment and be able to fully just move on from being tied to that,” she said.
During Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules, Tom revealed he had "lawyers draft a letter of intent to buy Ariana out of the house for top market value," but didn't hear back. In an episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Ariana explained it was not a "formal offer letter" and alleged Tom was "making up dollar amounts" for the value of the house.
Tom noted throughout Season 11 that he initially wanted to keep the house (and possibly have Tom Schwartz move in with him). However, Ariana wasn't on board with that. "He broke the home," she explained in an episode interview. "He doesn't get to do that and then just like, I don't know, keep it."
Where does Ariana Madix live now?
Ariana confirmed on an April 2024 episode of WWHL that she bought a new house.
During the episode, host Andy asked Ariana about the details of her new home. Though Ariana noted it was "empty" at that time, she did confirm she's indeed living there and not in her and Tom's old Valley Village abode.
"Are you in yet?" Andy questioned, as Ariana confirmed, "I am in there, yes."
