"WE ARE OPEN," Josh captioned an August 29 Instagram post with several photos of the gorgeous new office. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent continued in the caption by explaining how his company focused on "revolutionizing real estate offices" with the build, crafting a "unique lounge experience in the heart of Corona del Mar."

In the photos, Josh revealed how he and Heather designed the "2,200 [square-foot] luxury lounge" with a unique contemporary aesthetic. The gorgeous layout includes a sleek, neutral color palette with beautiful flourishes like an emerald marble bar, unique overhead lighting fixtures, a blush-tone marble vanity in the bathroom with gold fixtures, and more.

"[The office] offers a coastal, organic-inspired space with unparalleled amenities, perfect for both team members and the community to connect, experience, and envision the future of real estate in Orange County," Josh stated further in the Instagram post, explaining how the layout (which also featured a stunning indoor-outdoor setup in the front) serves both form and function.

"A special thank you to all the vendors who contributed to the new flagship office, creating a showroom for clients to experience their incredible products," Josh concluded the post, shouting-out the various companies that helped take the space to the next level.

Josh and Heather Altman's Vision for Their OC Office

On MDLLA Season 15, Episode 3, Josh and Heather brought viewers into their in-progress office.

"This is the best a construction site can ever look," Josh quipped, sharing the vision with his team members. "This is not going to be an office. I don't want you guys to feel like you're in an office. I want you guys to feel at home here. I want your clients, most importantly, to feel comfortable here."

Later, in an interview confessional from the July 24 episode, Josh and Heather shared more about their long-term goal for the office.

"We are not opening up an office. We are opening up a real estate lounge," Heather explained as Josh added, "No desks. We're just going to have a 140-inch television screen where we can project all the listings."

"We're going to have the most stunning stone and it's going to have the Altman Brothers water-etched into the center island," Heather continued. "Free lattes and cappuccinos in the morning and then by happy hour, maybe a shot of tequila."
