Meredith Marks Reveals Whitney Rose Blocked Her on Instagram: "Somebody Told Me..."
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's Meredith Marks shared new information about her ongoing drama with Whitney Rose.
Meredith Marks and Whitney Rose are still feuding amid their drama on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 5. Throughout the season, the castmates have not been able to see eye-to-eye on a slew of issues pertaining to their respective businesses — and it seems their conflict has intensified off camera as well.
Meredith appeared on the Tour De Wives panel at Bravo Fan Fest on Saturday, Nov. 23, where she gave the latest on where she stands with Whitney.
"I mean, somebody told me she blocked me on Instagram," she revealed. "I think mine and my entire family. I don't really know. I didn't check it myself. I was told this, so I'm not 100 percent sure."
"But supposedly there are multiple Marks blocked by her right now," she added, possibly referring to her three children and her husband, Seth Marks.
Meredith Marks and Whitney Rose's Bath Bomb Drama, Explained
Whitney and Meredith's feud during RHOSLC Season 5 dates back to the premiere episode at Lisa Barlow's Valentine's Day inspired Besos party. It was at this party where Meredith had one very important question to ask Whitney: "What is up with the bath bombs?"
"You launched jewelry last year, you launched bath this year after I said I was doing it," Meredith, who owns a jewelry line, continued, as seen in the video below. "What is your problem with me?"
In a confessional, however, Whitney declared that both of them having their own bath bomb line was merely a "coincidence."
At Bravo Fan Fest, Meredith shared on the panel that she has always loved baths, and even had some bath bombs from her new collaboration in her purse to hand out to Bravo Fan Fest attendees.
"They're really cute, they're like a snowflake," she said.
"And I'm obsessed with the bath, that's like, my favorite place to spend my time, it's like a part of my personality, it has been since the beginning, and I don't know why everyone wants to do what I do," she added, seemingly referring to Whitney. "It's weird."
Whitney Rose Responds to Meredith Marks' Allegations About Her Jewelry Line
The drama between Meredith and Whitney on this Season on RHOSLC heated up in Episode 4, when Meredith allegedly told Heather Gay about rumors that the products in Whitney's jewelry line, PRISM, were being sourced from Alibaba. Heather repeated this to Whitney during a cast trip to Milwaukee.
"I was talking to Meredith yesterday at the casino, and she said that people are talking about PRISM and your business," Heather explained to Whitney. "Basically that you're white labeling jewelry from China [and] everybody's talking about it."
"Well they need to stop because that's really sh-tty. That's my business and there's nothing shady about it," Whitney said in reply.
"There is a social media account that is accusing me of buying my jewelry from Alibaba, and that's not true," Whitney continued in an interview during the episode. "We buy from vendors, that's called 'commerce.' It's not like Meredith is out there in the ocean diving for her caviar."
