How Gabriella Giudice Celebrated Her "Emotional" Return to the University of Michigan
Before Teresa Giudice's daughter headed back to college for her sophomore year, she spent some quality time with her family.
Teresa Giudice's daughters are officially back in school — at least, three out of four of them. The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member's daughters, Gabriella and Milania Giudice, are headed to college, while her youngest kid Audriana Giudice is still in high school. Although it was hard for Milania to leave her family to start her freshman year at the University of Tampa in Florida just this year, it was just a little bit easier for Gabriella who is officially in her second year at college.
Teresa's most "easy going" and "private" daughter, who is entering her sophomore year at the University of Michigan, had a low-key event when it came time to say goodbye to her family before heading back to campus. During an Aug. 21 episode of her podcast, Turning the Tables by Teresa Giudice, Teresa revealed how Gabriella celebrated her return to Michigan before taking an early morning flight out of New Jersey.
"It was so cute, we all had a movie night," Teresa said. "We watched this war movie, and I fell asleep because I'm jet-lagged."
Gabriella picked out the movie herself, which baffled her mom. "I was like, 'Wow, Gabriella, I see what kind of movies you like,'" she said, with a laugh.
"But it was really cute, we were all watching a movie together... then we slept for two hours and then we had to wake up at 4 a.m. to say goodbye to her, and I got emotional, and I was crying," she added.
Gabriella Giudice's Internship and Study Abroad Plans
During the same podcast episode, Teresa revealed that Gabriella hopes to study abroad in Barcelona one day, which is where Teresa spent some time during her recent anniversary trip with her husband, Luis "Louie" Ruelas. "As a matter of fact, my daughter, Gabriella, that's where she wants to study abroad," the RHONJ mom said.
"That's where she wants to go, so I'm glad we got to see Barcelona," Teresa noted. "That's where she wants to go, so I'll be visiting Barcelona a lot."
After Spain, Teresa and daughters Gia Giudice (who graduated college in 2023) and Audriana headed to Bodrum, Turkey. Gabriella was, unfortunately, unable to join them due to her finance internship.
