As Andy pointed out, the WWHL episode marked “the television debut of Vicki’s boyfriend.” He introduced him along with Eddie at the top of the episode and then shared how it went when they met backstage before the show.

In sharing the story about meeting Michael backstage, Andy also revealed his thoughts on the pairing of Michael and Vicki.
“The truth of the matter is, I appreciate Mike for sitting here on camera. I grilled him backstage, and I don’t even want to grill him here because I love it that he doesn’t want to be on TV,” Andy explained. “I want your relationship to work, so I’m gonna kinda leave you alone, to tell you the truth.”
Vicki, for her part, was naturally grateful. “Thank you,” she replied before reflecting on a few of her past relationships, which she noted have been “jinxed before.”
The Latest on Vicki Gunvalson and Michael Smith
Later on the WWHL episode, Andy read a viewer-submitted question that asked Vicki “what level” her love tank is at. Her response? “One to 10, it’s a 10.”
The admission is the latest in a series of positive relationship updates — one of which came just a week before Vicki’s WWHL appearance. She took to Instagram on September 4 to share that she and Michael had traveled to a place that’s long been her favorite vacation spot: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
What’s more, Michael recently moved from Texas to California. The couple aren’t currently living together, but Vicki said they “will eventually” as long as their relationship continues to progress. For the time being, though, she’s “taking it slow” with Michael.
