Briana Culberson is continuing to open up about her ups and downs in her health after being diagnosed with Lupus in 2016. Vicki Gunvalson's only daughter's health journey was captured in earlier seasons of The Real Housewives of Orange County and now Briana is shedding new light on where she stands today. Briana remains candid about her life as she continues to navigate raising her four kids with her husband, Ryan Culberson, working, and more.

In fact, Briana took to her Instagram Story earlier this week where she talked about how hopping on an airplane by herself for the first time in years as she took a flight, sans kids, for a work conference. She documented her travel routine for her Instagram followers and shed new light on her life today.

"It's just absolutely incredible for me to reflect on how far my physical and emotional health have come over the past 3 years," Briana wrote over a photo of herself, working on her laptop from the airport. "Grateful is an understatement."

Although the mom of four might have her stuff together most of the time, Briana revealed that traveling by herself is actually kind of hard. "I haven't flown alone for YEARS it feels so weird," she wrote from the plane. "I keep feel like I'm forgetting something."

And while she got some time alone, Briana wrote on her Instagram Story that she was "missing my bud," Ryan, who was "at home wrangling the 4 kids."

Briana Culberson's Latest Health Update Amid Ups and Downs

Briana took to Instagram in late June, where she posted a video of herself going for a walk outdoors, wearing sunglasses, while reflecting on her strength to persevere. "A doctor told me in February of 2016 that I'd be dead in two months..." Briana wrote over the video, set to the tune of The Heavy's "How You Like Me Now."

In the caption of the post, Briana detailed the different phases that her health journey has been broken into. "Phase 1: depression and submission; Phase 2: finding my strength; Phase 3: weight loss; Phase 4: WELLNESS AND LONGEVITY."

Now that she is in her wellness and longevity stage, Briana is now looking forward to the years ahead of her. "I had no clue I would be able to reach this level of health and there's no going back now," she added.
