Fredrik Eklund Shares New Details on His Health Journey in Miami: "Mini-Steps" (PHOTOS)
The MDLLA and MDLNY alum revealed what his self-care routine looks like in Florida.
Fredrik Eklund is "appreciating the little things" lately, including the "mini-steps" he's taking to improve his health.
"Another beach run," the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles and Million Dollar Listing New York alum wrote over a shirtless Instagram Story selfie running outside on November 18. "Mini-steps back to shape...and yes that['s] deodorant," he joked of his visible hygiene.
In another Instagram Story, Fredrik, who moved to the Sunshine State earlier in 2024 (and sold his Beverly Hills home for $10 million in June), documented another beautiful element of his new reality: nature.
"After a very long week and lots of difficult deals and hundreds of hours of negotiations and pushing my crazy ideas through to people that might like them or not like them...finally sitting here on the beach appreciating the last big supermoon of the year before the kids come home," he wrote over a stunning snapshot of the ocean and the glowing orange moon suspended in a pink and purple sky. "Appreciating the little things."
Additionally, the next morning, Fredrik hopped on his Instagram Stories to show his son, Freddy, taking in the magic of nature. In the video, Freddy walked out onto the balcony of the family's high-rise residence and soaked up the beautiful sunrise.
Fredrik Eklund's Apartment in New York City
In addition to his new home in Miami, Florida, Fredrik also revealed in September that he bought an apartment in New York City.
"I just got the keys to the new apartment at 64 University [Place]… It’s always such a special feeling buying a new home full of new beginnings," the Florida dad captioned a carousel of images shared on Instagram that revealed both the interior and exterior details of the property. "New York is always a home to me. This building is very special as I signed the very first contract after having worked on it in pre-development for years with the team. I just knew how beautiful it would turn out."
Fredrik noted the stunning space was designed by Kohn Pederson Fox and fits "perfectly with the history of Greenwich Village." The realtor also shared how "grateful and happy" the residence makes him, revealing how the home is decorated with head-turning furniture, elevated art pieces, and a "soothing" aesthetic of neutral and cream tones via SPACE Copenhagen.
The apartment's outdoor space is also just as dreamy, with full views of the Manhattan skyline and cozy chic furniture.
