Ashley Darby Shares New Insight Into Her Divorce and a Dating Life Update
The RHOP cast member also opened up about the men and women she's dating these days.
When Season 1 of The Real Housewives of Potomac premiered back in 2016, Ashley Darby was living in newlywed bliss with her husband, Michael Darby.
By the time the Season 2 reunion rolled around, however, Michael and Ashley had separated for the first time amid the closure of their restaurant, Oz.
In the years that followed, Michael and Ashley welcomed sons Dean Michael and Dylan Darby together, and they continued to work on their marriage. In April 2022, the pair split once again, and they have remained separated ever since.
During an appearance on the February 4 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Ashley shared the latest on her divorce plans, and she revealed something surprising about her dating life today. She also weighed in on Mia Thornton's recent split as well.

Is Ashley Darby divorced yet?
Though she's been separated from Michael for nearly two years, Ashley has yet to finalize her divorce.
Her RHOP castmates have questioned whether Ashley really wants to get a divorce from the Aussie. Ashley sounded off on the speculation surrounding her marital status on WWHL.
She shared that she had reunited with her estranged husband and their two sons, Dean Michael and Dylan, just a few days earlier.
"Watching him with my kids and seeing how they light up when they see their dad, that kind of stuff touches me," she said.
Ashley also noted that her relationship with Michael has improved as of late.
"We are no longer parallel parenting. We are officially co-parenting," she said. "That's a big deal for us, y'all. I didn't know if we would ever get here, but I appreciate, especially Gizelle [Bryant], she always said 'It'll get better. It'll get better,' and she was right."
Andy also asked her if she "want[s] to finalize the divorce" and Ashley tentatively said, "Yeah."
"I'm comfortable right now," she said.
Ashley Darby on Mia Thornton and Gordon Thornton's Split
Ashley isn't the only RHOP cast member who is going through a separation. Mia Thornton, who joined the cast back on Season 6, announced her split from Gordon Thornton back in September of 2023.
Though Ashley has been separated for much longer than Mia, the mom of two believes that the latter cast member's divorce will be finalized first.
She reasoned that Gordon and Mia would be divorced first "because Mia's going to be married by next year!"
"She's on the fast track, Andy," she continued.
Ashley Darby's Dating Life Today
Just because Ashley is "comfortable" not being divorced at this time, it doesn't mean that she's taken a step back from dating. When asked to share an update on her personal life, Ashley said, "You know, I'm having a lot of fun."
"Yes, I'm dipping and dabbling, swimming in the pond," she added.
"Just the man pond?" Andy asked, to which Ashley responded, "No."
"I have some lady friends," she clarified. "And I do like to kiss and tell, so. I love to kiss and tell. Let's talk about it. I must say, I forgot how tenderly women kiss compared to men. I've missed that."
