The Vanderpump Rules cast member dropped a slew of photos that provided a candid look at her day-to-day life.
Ariana Madix has had quite the summer. Between getting her hotly anticipated sandwich shop ready to open and spending some time on Love Island USA, the Vanderpump Rules cast member has been in hustle mode.
But as her recent Instagram post proves, the newly minted dancing queen has also taken plenty of time to kick back and chill with some things and people she loves.
Ariana Madix shares what she’s been up to lately
To caption an August 1 Instagram snap, Ariana wrote “some things” with a sparkling pink heart emoji. The things she hearts included the following: posing on an island in a fierce, corseted purple dress; kicking back at home with lovebirds James Kennedy and Ally Lewber; snapping cute selfies in a luxe bathroom; and cuddling with a very cute cat.
As for the aforementioned fierce dress, a certain member of the Bravo universe seemed quite taken with it. In the comments, Summer House bride-to-be Lindsay Hubbard wrote: “Wowowow this dress tho!” Tagging stylist Emily Men, Lindsay wrote: “I need this in my closet!”
The violet dress wasn’t the only style slay in Ariana’s latest carousel. She also posed in a sweet floral dress with spaghetti straps and a silky mermaid-blue gown with an asymmetrical neckline.

Earlier this summer, Ariana popped up on Season 5 of Love Island USA to surprise the contestants. Following Ariana’s recent appearance on Peacock’s Love Island USA, the show’s very own Maura Higgins spoke about what it was like to welcome Ariana to the villa. “I cannot believe what [Ariana’s] been through,” she shared with Page Six. “Meeting her was amazing, she is such a sweet girl.”

Ariana Madix’s Latest Business Venture
And speaking of Something About Her, here’s the latest on the West Hollywood sandwich shop that Ariana co-founded with her pal Katie Maloney.
The question on everyone’s mind: When is the delicious spot opening? Well, that’s still in the works. During Part 1 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion, Ariana and Katie explained that the eatery would be open at the end of May. But in a Los Angeles Times interview published on May 24, Katie noted that while they didn’t have a specific date yet, “it will be [open] as soon as possible.”
Later that month, Katie mentioned in an episode of the So Bad It’s Good with Ryan Bailey podcast that Something About Her was “gonna be open this summer,” but added that she was “hesitant” to give “a more specific time” and let people down. (As everyone in the hospitality biz knows, opening dates can be tricky to nail down!)
In addition to sharing a funny TikTok video that kinda answered the question about when the shop will open, Katie and Ariana recently gave fans more to be excited about: a peek at their scrumptious sandwich menu. Feast your eyes on the preview pics below:
