As The Real Housewives of Potomac viewers are well aware, Candiace Dillard Bassett's mom, Dorothy, paid for part of her and Chris Bassett's townhouse mortgage for a period of time. However, on Part 1 of the show's Season 5 reunion, Candiace shared that she has a new home, declaring, "It was purchased by myself and my husband."

Karen Huger shared her thoughts on the finances of Candiace's new home on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen's July 11 episode. When Andy Cohen asked, "Karen, do you honestly believe Dorothy did not help Candiace and Chris finance their new million-dollar home?" Karen quickly replied, "I do believe that. Candiace and Chris handled their business this time. I do believe it."

The Real Housewives of Potomac's July 11 episode gave a full look inside the beautiful 10,500-square-foot home, which has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a spacious great room, a chic dining area, and a gorgeous kitchen. Although Candiace noted during the episode that the $1.1 million abode was still "a work in progress," it thoroughly impressed Gizelle Bryant, who came over for a visit and exclaimed, "Look at the mansion!"

As for the infamous townhouse, it was revealed during the episode that Candiace and Chris' former home sold for $799,000.
