Candiace Dillard Bassett is ready for pumpkin-spice season. The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member recently revealed that she's already started scooping up fall-themed home decor. But, that doesn't mean she hasn't made the most of the current season.

In the past several weeks, the "Insecure" singer has posted updates that offered a look inside her epic summer. For one thing, she celebrated her five-year wedding anniversary with Chris Bassett, and she marked the occasion with the sweetest Instagram tribute.

“SWANNNN!!! Cheers to FIVE YEARS!!!” Candiace captioned her Aug. 11 post. “Omg I could cry! You are my perfect everything and I will love you more every minute until infinity. Thank you for the gifts of friendship and laughter. Thank you for the gift of love. God did His good work with us and I don’t take it for granted. I’ll always drive back to you.”

Candiace also scored tickets to one of the summer's hottest concerts “[Beyoncé] (And [her daughter] Blue) did what needed to be done,” she wrote in an August 6 Instagram post, which also showcased her Renaissance tour style. But now, the RHOP cast member has gourds on the brain.

Candiace Dillard Bassett is already shopping for fall decor

In an August 29 Instagram Story, Candiace shared a peek inside her shopping cart. "Oooo. I'm starting," she wrote, adding a pumpkin emoji.

Along with some household essentials, including fruit-and-veggie wash and some fresh fruit, Candiace's basket held two tall white pumpkin lanterns. Though it may be a teeny bit early for Halloween decor, it's no secret that the ladies of Potomac have a flair for celebrating the candy-filled holiday

Plus, Candiace has always started early when it comes to trick-or-treat season. Back in 2021, she said on The Daily Dish podcast: "I'm freaking out because on September 1st, I was like, 'Oh, crap. I have not put out any pumpkin stuff yet. So now I'm like in a hurry to go to HomeGoods and buy 37 pumpkin things that I don't need to put on my dining room table."

Just one day after sharing her shopping adventures, Candiace hopped on to her Instagram Stories to reveal more details of her Halloween decor, hilariously pointing out how much of a "lunatic" she was for the season.

"If you were on my Story yesterday, you know that I was at Costco and Wegman's grocery shopping," she began. "And Wegman's I love because [...] they also have a really cute home decor section [...] I saw these white pumpkins [and] I said, 'You belong to me.' They would be in the basement on my fall decor shelf, but because I'm going to put these out in like, two minutes. I just decided to leave them here so I could walk them out to the front door."

Candiace went on to express her excitement about the three white pumpkins (which consisted of two more tall, slim pumpkins and one with two pumpkins on top of each other). "I got so excited ... I'm crazy!" she exclaimed.

Candiace continued to express her enthusiasm for the season by filming her new orange dish towel covered in gold-printed pumpkin faces in the next Story. "In one day this will make sense," she joked, pointing out the the shift from August to September. "I'm ahead of the trend."

Candiace enjoys decorating her Virginia home for all the holidays — and Halloween is just the start. Last December, the singer Candiace shared a video that showed off her holly-jolly Christmas decor.

Her staircase railing was wrapped in garland that was beautifully adorned with red bows. Meanwhile, her gray kitchen island was topped with chic mini silver and white trees.
