Candiace Dillard Bassett Reveals the Exact Price of Her Townhouse Sale
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member reveals the price tag on her former home, which she recently sold.
Candiace Dillard Bassett shared in February that she was putting her home on the market, and the Bravo Insider video above reveals exactly how much the abode sold for.
After listing her home, Candiace opened up to PEOPLE about her decision to move. "It's a great time for the current market and we have had the home in our family long enough to make a generous return on our investment," she said. "We were ready for a change."
"While I'm incredibly sad to be letting it go, as this was my first home as a young adult, I know that the next owners, whoever they will be, will enjoy turning this house into a home of their own," she added. "We truly loved living here and took great care of the property."
As seen in the video above, the house eventually sold for $799,000. On Part 1 of the RHOP Season 5 reunion, Candiace revealed she had also made another major real estate move. "We purchased a new home," Candiace said at the time (watch the clip to see her new digs). "It was purchased by myself and my husband."
