Ashley Darby Shares How She's Feeling About Her "New Boobs" After Doing an Implant Swap
The RHOP cast member is revealing new details about her cosmetic surgery, including what she named her breasts.
Earlier in 2023, Ashley Darby opened up about a cosmetic procedure she had done, revealing why part of her decision to take on the surgery had to do with her two sons, Dean and Dylan. “I did get a breast augmentation surgery yesterday,” she shared in a February Instagram Story video. “I was holding off on [the surgery]… I’ve been wanting it [since] after I breastfed Dylan and things were hanging down to my waist. But I was told that if I got any sort of augmentation I would not be able to breastfeed if I had children in the future. So that deterred me.”
Ashley continued by explaining, “My doctor said actually as long as I just do an implant swap, instead of a breast lift where they really readjust things, that I’d be fine. So I did an implant swap. I was due.”
In addition to showing off the results of her procedure in various sexy styles (including the sparkly pink bustier gown she rocked for The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 8 cast photo), Ashley put the results on display on Season 8, Episode 2, of RHOP, which aired on November 8.

On the episode, Ashley gathered with her RHOP castmates, Karen Huger, Gizelle Bryant, and Mia Thornton for a pilates reformer class. While trying out the machinery, Ashley questioned the instructor if it was "OK" to do certain moves due to her "new boobs."
Then, in an interview, she showed off her newly augmented breasts in a cutout gold shimmery halter dress, playfully quipping, "I would like to introduce you to Demi & Diamond."
The mom of two added about her cosmetic procedure: "I got them about two months ago and I'm really happy with my decision. I like them."

Ashley's breast augmentation isn't the only cosmetic procedure we've seen from the Virginia mom.
In October, Ashley hopped on her Instagram Stories to reveal she got a "lip flip," or a "nonsurgical procedure" that uses botulinum toxin injections in the corners of your mouth to make your lips appear fuller, according to the Cleveland Clinic's website.
"So I decided today to get a little lip-flip," Ashley began in the video. "I have never had Botox in any capacity ever, but this wonderful makeup artist whom I love and cherish so much...he suggested that I might look cute with a little lip flip because...I do want fuller lips. I use lip plumper lip gloss and stuff."
She continued: "I went to Dr. Chang's office today for my check-up...it's been eight months since my breast augmentation. I also talked to [the physician's assistant] about getting it and [...] I said, 'Sign me up!' So yeah. I got a lip flip today. We'll see how it's gonna be drinking out of a straw and stuff but...I'm sure it's gonna look so cute!"
