Tamra Judge Is Considering Buying a Home “Outside of California”: Details
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member has big plans for a potential “second house.”
Tamra Judge and her husband, Eddie Judge, recently renovated their gorgeous house (see it in the video above), and now The Real Housewives of Orange County couple is ready to think about their next incredible home.
On Season 17 Episode 3 of RHOC, which aired on June 21, Tamra hosted a party to say goodbye to CUT Fitness. During the event, she opened up about some of her plans for the future, including real estate.
“The whole ranch vibe, the ranch thing, I’m like super into it,” Gina Kirschenheiter said to Tamra, to which she responded, “Eddie and I have talked about buying property outside of California, like just to have.”
Noting it would be “a second house” and not their primary residence, Tamra explained that she and Eddie were thinking of buying in a location “like Montana.”
With that in mind, Tamra wanted to go check out Montana on a trip with her castmates. “Before we go and buy property in Montana, [I want] to go to a dude ranch and experience the life of that,” she told Heather Dubrow, who was immediately on board with the vacation idea.
Is Tamra Judge selling her OC house?
Although the Montana property is meant to be a second home, Tamra is toying with the idea of selling her recently redone OC house. “We’ve renovated almost the entire house,” she told BravoTV.com in a June interview. “The inside has been renovated. The outside has been painted. The courtyard’s been redone. Now we’re at the spot where [we are wondering if] we want to sink hundreds of thousands of dollars into our backyard. We just paid to have plans done. It’s beautiful. It’s like a resort. Or do we want to move? So we’re kind of in that limbo right now.”
“We could get a good penny for our house. But then to buy a house… there’s nothing out there,” she continued. “So we’re just playing around with the idea of possibly selling.”
If Tamra and Eddie do decide to sell, they will find another primary residence in California for the time being. As Tamra explained, “If we were going to move, we’re going to move closer to the beach.”
