Tamra Judge Gives an Update on Her Real Estate Career
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member divulged new details on her return to real estate.
In August 2020, Tamra Judge revealed she was returning to her career in real estate, sharing the details in an interview with Us Weekly.
“Real estate has always been my passion. I put it on hold to film [The Real Housewives of Orange County] for the past 12 years,” she told the outlet at the time after leaving the franchise earlier in the year. “I kept my license active while filming because I knew there would come a day when I’d go back.”
Moreover, in an interview on RealiTea with Derek Z at the time, she shared why she kept her real estate license active. “I love houses. I am obsessed with houses. Something people probably didn’t know about me is that I’m on the [Multiple Listing Network] every single day,” Tamra said during the conversation. “I love home decor, I love decorating, I love houses, I love helping people. I could just tour houses all day long, so why not get paid for it?”
Considering Tamra made her triumphant return as a cast member on RHOC Season 17, which premiered June 7, fans have been wondering: Is the California mom still pursuing a career in real estate?

In an exclusive interview with BravoTV.com, Tamra shared where she currently stands on the real estate front.
“I have my license. I will always keep it active,” she shared. “I’ll do real estate for family and friends.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Tamra revealed that although the Ladera, California, home she shares with her husband, Eddie Judge, was fully renovated in 2020, she still uses her real estate license to “get on the [Multiple Listing Network]” to check out homes for sale.
“I’m constantly looking,” she added. “But right now […] if we were going to move, we’re going to move closer to the beach.”
Is Tamra Judge moving?
Tamra dished to BravoTV.com about the various renovation details of her and Eddie’s home, noting their potential plans for the future.
“We’ve renovated almost the entire house,” Tamra said. “The inside has been renovated. The outside has been painted. The courtyard’s been redone. Now we’re at the spot where [we’re wondering if] we want to sink hundreds of thousands of dollars into our backyard. We just paid to have plans done. It’s beautiful. It’s like a resort. Or do we want to move? So we’re kind of in that limbo right now.”
Tamra added that since the housing market in Orange County is so “weird” at the moment, she and Eddie are still weighing their options.
“The prices are still pretty high. And we could get a good penny for our house. But then to buy a house… there’s nothing out there,” she shared. “So we’re just playing around with the idea of possibly selling.”
She then noted, “If we don’t sell, then we’re totally renovating the backyard to make it look like just paradise.”
