Heather Dubrow Takes Us Inside Max and Nick’s 20th Birthday Celebration
The RHOC mom celebrated her twins’ special day with an intimate get-together at their Beverly Hills home.
It was an eventful week for the Dubrows.
Just days after their 2023 Thanksgiving festivities, the tight-knit family came together for another celebratory night at their Beverly Hills home. The occasion? Max and Nick Dubrow — the oldest children of Heather and Dr. Terry Dubrow — had turned the big 2-0.
“Happy 20th Birthday [Nick Dubrow and Max Dubrow] !!!!!” Heather captioned a November 25 Instagram post. “We love you so much and are so proud of the incredible humans you are !!! Amazing dinner [Nobu Restaurants] ( IYKYK…) and home for presents and cake.”
The carousel showed The Real Housewives of Orange County family inside their luxurious dining room, which was decorated with a Christmas tree and pre-lit garlands, as well as large silver balloons that spelled out the twins’ names.

The college students were also presented with a delicious-looking cake that featured both numeral and 20 individual birthday candles.
“There are 20 candles… make a good wish,” Heather is heard saying in an Instagram video. After a quick countdown, Nick and Max blew out the candles and gave each other an enthusiastic high-five.
“Yaaaay!” Heather said as the rest of the family clapped.
The dining table was covered with a lavish display of treats, including boxes of chocolate and fresh popcorn.
“I love you,” Max commented on the post, to which Heather replied, “My Baby!!!!”
Heather’s younger children — son Ace and daughter Kat — were also in attendance, as was Dr. Terry. The plastic surgeon also sent individual birthday messages to his daughter and son.

“Happy Birthday [Max Dubrow] my mini-me!” he wrote in a November 24 Instagram. “Love you so much and so proud of you!”
Terry returned to the platform several minutes later to share a childhood photo of Nick.
“This beautiful boy [Nick Dubrow just turned 20,” he captioned the picture. “Greatest kid ever. I love him. Happy birthday my man.”
Max and Nick were just 8 years old when Heather made her RHOC debut in Season 7. Since then, fans have seen the twins reach many big milestones in their personal, academic, and professional lives.

The twins spoke about their RHOC experience in a recent installment of Growing Up Bravo, insisting reality TV has opened many doors for them and their family.
“A lot of people ask me if it's annoying to have cameras at your house 24-7, and I kind of have to explain that’s not how it is." Max said back in September. "I’m glad we did it and I’m glad it's furthering my mom’s career, and that’s really all that matters, that she’s happy and doing what she loves. I also think it’s opened up a lot of amazing opportunities for me, which I’m extremely grateful about.”
Nick echoed his sister, saying the experience has been pretty enjoyable for him and his family.
"We work very well as a family dynamic ... It’s not just like, 'Oh, we have to go film,'" he said. "We have a lot of fun with it because as much as it is, like, filming and being in this kind of spotlight and whatever, we think about it as a lot of family time. So we actually get to spend a lot of time with each other and do a lot of things together and do trips, and a lot of stuff like that."
