When Jennifer Aydin showed off her pool deck during a tour of her New Jersey mansion in the clip above, she described the chlorinated oasis as: "very private; very quiet." However, when her whole family descended on the backyard for a recent Sunday swim, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mama summed up that pool day with one, very different, word: "mayhem."
In her August 30 Instagram Stories, Jennifer captured all the action that was going down in her glamorous backyard. There was no spectacular sunset to look at this time, but there was quite a lot happening between her kids banging on a pool float, steaks sizzling on the grill, and beers flowing in the pool house.
Through it all, family members splashed around in the resort-style pool, which has a slide and a waterfall. And as the sun set, the gang gathered around the fire pit to roast marshmallows. It might not have been a quiet day, but Jennifer's videos captured the quintessential, end-of-summer afternoon.
