Jennifer Aydin Reveals Exactly How She Paid for Her House
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member spilled some tea on the purchase of her famous Paramus mansion.
On the April 21 episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Jennifer Aydin hosted the ladies and their moms for a Turkish-style tea party. As Jackie Goldschneider and her mother approached Jennifer's palatial Paramus digs, Jackie quipped: "Welcome to the Taj Mahal. If the Taj Mahal had a huge mortgage — and no furniture." But when Jennifer appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on April 28. she shut that theory down.
In the clip above, the mother of five shared her thoughts on Jackie's comment. "I found it interesting because I don't have a mortgage," Jennifer said. "I paid for this property cash, and we built it halfway, we paid with bank check, and the rest was a construction loan to finish the build. So, I actually don't have a mortgage. Check that, attorney!"
"And you just got all-new furniture, I noticed," Andy shared. "And it looks great!" Jennifer responded: "I did! All the beautiful Z Gallerie stuff."
