Go Inside Gia Giudice's "Cozy" Birthday Celebration with Her Boyfriend and Family
RHONJ mom Teresa Giudice provided a peek at the intimate get-together, which included takeout and a heart-shaped cake.
The Giudices didn’t let inclement weather squash their party plans.
After returning home from their Bahamas vacation, The Real Housewives of New Jersey family immediately began celebrating Gia Giudice’s special day. Although the Rutgers University graduate didn't turn 23 until Monday (January 8), she spent the preceding days with fun-filled festivities, including a “cozy” birthday dinner at her family’s Montville mansion.
Gia's mom, RHONJ OG Teresa Giudice, shared several peeks at the intimate get-together on Saturday, January 6, saying they decided to stay in because of a snowstorm.
“So we were gonna go out for Gia’s birthday, but now we’re just ordering in,” Teresa said, before turning the camera toward Gia and her longtime boyfriend, Christian Carmichael. “Happy birthday, Gia! We’re having a cozy night with the fam, just eating at home. Look at all the food we got.”

Teresa continued to film around her kitchen while her husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, unpacked all the takeout items, which included an assortment of pasta dishes, salads, and about half a dozen pizzas.
“And look what Louie made: chocolate chip cookies,” Teresa said.
But cookies weren’t the only sweets at the celebration. Later that night, Teresa returned to Instagram to show off Gia’s beautiful birthday cake by Palermo Bakery. The heart-shaped dessert was covered with black frosting and featured stunning pipping around the border as well as “Capricorn Baby” written on top.
Teresa posted a video of the family singing “Happy Birthday” to Gia before she blew out the heart-shaped candles.

A day before the cozy get-together, Gia celebrated her special day with Christian and some of her closest friends. Teresa shared some footage of the group’s pregame session at her home, where she also provided a closer look at Gia’s gorgeous party outfit. The Jersey daughter decided to wear a sequin black minidress from Bloomingdale's, strappy black heels from Ferragamo, and a shimmery Dior handbag.
“Look at how beautiful Gia looks for her birthday,” the Jersey mom said while highlighting her daughter’s ensemble. “I love your dress, Gia. And your shoes, those are hot.”
Gia and her crew then took the celebration to a Mediterranean restaurant in New York City, where they enjoyed a six-course meal; bottles of Champagne; and, of course, some cake. She spoke about the shindig earlier that night in a GRWM (get ready with me) TikTok video.
“So tonight we are going to Kyma,” Gia said. “I am super excited. I’ve heard great things about it and I can’t wait for all my friends to go… We are taking a party bus into the city. I figured it would be more fun and it would get everyone to the reservation on time, hopefully. I think the restaurant gives Mykonos vibes… and Mykonos is literally my favorite place.”
