How to Watch

Watch Married to Medicine Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo and streaming on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Quad Webb really knows how to make an entrance. In a preview of the Season 11 premiere of Married to MedicineDr. Simone Whitmore and Cecil Whitmore's 35-year college reunion (aka their "Whitnik" party) takes a dramatic turn when Quad shows up in a bouncing lowrider with a hydraulic system — right in the middle of Simone's toast.

"Looks like we have an unexpected guest," Simone says to the crowd as Quad climbs out of a red vintage car wearing a cropped letterman jacket and matching bike shorts.

And though Simone is surprised to see Quad at her event, she says in her confessional that she isn't surprised to see her "arriving late and uninvited."

A split of Dr. Simone Whitmore and Quad Webb.

But is Quad really crashing the party? The two ladies stopped talking following their emotional conversation at the Season 10 reunion, so Simone did leave Quad's name off the guest list — however, it seems that Cecil may have gone behind Simone's back and extended an olive branch to Quad.

"I don't give a damn what anybody's got to say. How I see it is, Cecil asked me to be here," Quad says in her confessional.

Though Simone and Quad seemingly made amends in a behind-the-scenes conversation at the Season 10 reunion, it seems they're back on rocky ground.

In the Season 11 trailer, Toya Bush Harris asks Simone point blank, "When the hell are you gonna handle your sh-t with Quad?" to which Simone says, "I've been trying for five years."

And now, it looks like Cecil is also trying to broker a peace agreement between the two. According to the Season 11 press release, "Cecil is making it his mission to help her get on track with everyone, including Quad."
