Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Had a Hilarious Response to Her House Being Listed for $35K Per Month
The RHOBH alum had a few questions for her husband, Edwin Arroyave, after discovering some news about their Hollywood Hills home.
After their move to Encino in 2020, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Edwin Arroyave have continued to put their Hollywood Hills home on and off the market (take a tour of the incredible house in the video above).
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum gave an update on the house in August, explaining in an Instagram Story, "We still own it. But it’s rented out right now, which is great.” However, after news recently broke about the home, she has some questions for her husband.
Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is renting out her Hollywood Hills house for $35,000 per month
On October 19, TMZ reported that the home was back on the rental market for $35,000 per month, and Teddi shared her reaction to the news via Instagram Stories. "Woke up to being tagged in this and all I can think is [Farrah Brittany] is a boss!" she wrote, shouting out Kyle Richards' eldest daughter, who is the listing agent on the home. "We had some great times in this house and hope our new renters do as well."
Teddi also had a hilarious message for Edwin. In the same Instagram Story photo, she wrote, "Can I get some of this [money?] I wouldn't mind another horse."
In a separate Story that showed her attempting to FaceTime her husband, Teddi wrote, "[Edwin] no ignoring my FaceTime — I need to know if this TMZ article is true." In addition to two crying-laughing emojis, she added the hashtag, "Separate bank accounts."
Why Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave moved out of her Hollywood Hills house
In 2020, Teddi opened up about saying goodbye to the house and explained why it was the right time to move. “[The Hollywood Hills house] was actually Edwin’s dream house — we are going to be moving into mine,” she said during an Instagram AMA shortly after announcing that she was in escrow on their new home. “Happy wife, happy life.”
“I didn’t think we were having more kids,” she added. “So I was fine having, like, the incredible views and all these types of things, because our kids were old enough to know, like, you can’t go near that, don’t do that. And then we had baby Dove. So now we need more land.”
