Yolanda Hadid Opens Up About Her Granddaughter Khai: “We Have a New Little Angel”
The RHOBH alum is loving every minute of life as a first-time grandma.
Yolanda Hadid is loving her life as a new grandma. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum recently opened up about her granddaughter, Khai, calling her “a great blessing.”
Yolanda became a first-time grandparent back in September, when her eldest daughter, Gigi Hadid, welcomed her first child with boyfriend Zayn Malik. Since then, the family has been soaking up every minute with their new bundle of joy, as Yolanda shared in a recent interview with People.
"The extraordinary part of that is my mom passed away and Gigi got pregnant maybe two months later," the mom of three told the magazine. "So it shows you the cycle of life."
Yolanda went on to explain how grateful she is for their newest family member. "We lost somebody so special to the family, and we have a new little angel, so that's been a great blessing, for sure," she said.
This isn’t the first time that Yolanda has opened up about how much she loves being a grandma. In January 11, she celebrated her birthday by sharing a sweet snapshot with little Khai.
“My birthday blessings…When I woke up this morning and counted all my blessings in life this little Angel was ranked #1,” she captioned the photo.
