Yolanda Hadid is a new grandma and loving every minute of it. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum recently took to Instagram to share a precious photo of her eldest daughter, Gigi Hadid, and her first grandchild, whom Gigi welcomed earlier this year.

On November 28, Yolanda shared a glimpse into Gigi’s life as a new mom, capturing a heartfelt moment between the model and her baby girl on her Instagram Stories. In the sweet snapshot, Gigi can be seen cradling her daughter in her arms and planting a kiss on the infant’s cheek. Yolanda captioned the photo with a series of heart emojis and a sticker that reads, “You are my sunshine.”

Yolanda is clearly relishing her new role as a grandparent. The mom of three officially became a grandma back in September, when Gigi welcomed her first child with boyfriend Zayn Malik.

Earlier this week, Gigi herself also took to Instagram to offer a look into her life as a first-time parent. On November 25, she shared a stunning selfie with her baby girl.

This isn't the first time that Yolanda has opened up about her excitement over welcoming a new member into the family. “My heart is expending with so much love and joy for this little baby girl she is an angel sent to us from above," she wrote on Instagram shortly after the baby's birth. "Thank you Mommy [and] Daddy for making me a Oma, I love every minute of it."

While everyone has different family structures and traditions, spending time with the people we love can make the holidays special. The holidays will look different this year, but we at NBCUniversal believe that Family is Universal. Which is why we’re partnering with Walmart, Verizon, and Progressive in support of Feeding America® and No Kid Hungry, to support families across the country when it matters most.
