Where Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga Left Things at the End of the Reunion
See what the sisters-in-law had to say to each other after the intense three-part RHONJ Season 13 reunion.
The three-part The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion came to an end on June 13, and after years of conflict, it turns out the same could be said for the relationship between Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga.
Read on to find out how the sisters-in-law parted ways.
Andy’s Message for Teresa and Melissa
Reunion host Andy Cohen prefaced Teresa and Melissa’s exchange with a somber note, telling the pair, “This season, you two were more open in kind of a refreshing way about your real feelings for each other [and] your real feelings against each other, yet you somehow managed to co-exist in a weird way.”
Teresa, however, had an explanation for that. “I was doing it because I was getting married and I wanted peace,” she said, referencing her August 2022 wedding to Luis “Louie” Ruelas.
Melissa didn’t respond, as the conversation then continued with Teresa sharing her closing thoughts.
Teresa’s Final Words for Melissa
The way Teresa sees it, she “tried everything” to maintain a good relationship with Melissa, adding, “I bent over backwards, and she kept denying me every single time.”
Andy proceeded to recall the very beginning of the RHONJ Season 13 reunion when he had asked both Teresa and Melissa what they hoped to get out of the sit-down. Teresa, for her part, said, “I want to close a chapter and move forward. I wish her well, peace, and that’s what I want, to close that chapter.”

So, as Part 3 came to a conclusion, Andy asked her, “You started the night saying you want peace and to close the door. Is that where you are right now?”
Teresa’s response? “Yes.”
Melissa’s Final Words for Teresa
After Teresa answered Andy’s question, Melissa delivered her parting message. “I definitely feel the hate, right? You see it. It’s clear that I could never please her. I never could, from day one. No matter what I did, it was wrong. And obviously some things never change,” she said before turning to Teresa specifically. “I do love you, no matter what you think. I worry about you.”

As for the future, Melissa added, “I’ll go with the flow — with whatever the family decides to do.”
