Tracy Tutor Is Struggling to Co-List an $8.6M Property with Josh Flagg: "Annoying as F-ck"

The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents aren't exactly seeing eye-to-eye on their shared listing.

Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor are teaming up to sell a $8,595,000 house, but co-listing the home isn't exactly coming easy to the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents.

How to Watch

On Season 15, Episode 7 of the show, Josh told Tracy that he had landed the listing, but because he was heading to Paris for Fashion Week, he asked her to co-list with him.

Of course, there were a few logistical things to work out first.

"When I'm doing showings and you're [in] a totally different time zone, galavanting around Paris, what's the protocol?" Tracy asked Josh. He didn't exactly reassure her, noting, "Tuesday I'll be at Chanel, Wednesday I'll be at Louis Vuitton, Thursday I'll be at Givenchy ...Thursday I might be open."

Still, Tracy agreed to work with Josh to sell the 4,135 square-foot home — as long as she was fairly compensated.

As they discussed their agreement during the August 21 episode, Tracy asked about their commission split. When Josh suggested they "split 50/50," Tracy hit back, "Minimum, right? Because I'm gonna do the work."

Josh didn't quite see it that way.

"I'm handing you free f-cking money here," he said. "What work? You have to sit here and do a couple of showings and collect offers."

In a confessional, Tracy explained why that wasn't actually the case.

"I love how Flagg just automatically assumes the deal's going to be so easy," she said. "It's because he's leaving that he's saying that. Because he doesn't want to address that I'm going to be managing the deal from start to finish."

Josh was there for the start of planning how to market the property, but he wasn't thrilled about going to a meeting with Tracy's team to talk about it.

"This is a complete waste of time," he said after showing up to Tracy's office. "This does not require a team meeting. This is literally like, put it on the market this is going to get multiple offers. I don't know why we're doing this."

Later, Josh and Tracy had dinner with Josh Altman and Heather Altman, and Tracy didn't hold back her frustrations about working with Josh Flagg.

"I'm in a co-list with Flagg on Roxbury," she told the couple. "It's annoying as f-ck."

As Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles viewers are well aware, Josh and Tracy are no strangers to co-listing.

In the video above, Josh opened up about the pros and cons of co-listing.

"The problem with a co-list can be, sometimes, that it's challenging. With that said, if you find the right partnership, it can be a wonderful thing."

Tracy shared a similar feeling. "I actually don't mind co-listing property. Obviously, there [are] some people you prefer not to co-list with because you do 90% of the work and they do 10 [percent]."
