Tommy Feight Thanks Wife Mercedes "MJ" Javid for "the Best Father’s Day Gift a Guy Can Ever Receive"
The Shahs of Sunset new dad is celebrating his first Father's Day with his son, Shams Francis Feight.
This is the first Father's Day for many Bravolebs: Andy Cohen, Ryan Serhant, Steve Gold... and of course, Shahs of Sunset's Tommy Feight! Mercedes "MJ" Javid and husband Tommy welcomed son Shams on April 17 after a difficult delivery, which included MJ ending up in the ICU after suffering from complications. In fact, it was such a traumatic experience that MJ revealed, “[Tommy] thought he was going to be a single dad... I was definitely in shock [during it]."
That's why for his first Father's Day, Tommy was feeling grateful just to have his wife and son around. He thanked MJ for giving him the best gift ever: his son. "I want to thank my wife for the best Father’s Day gift a guy can ever receive and to all the other dads out there have a very Happy Father’s Day," Tommy wrote on Instagram, adding hashtags "daddy duty" and "nothing better."

MJ is feeling equally thankful for her husband this Father's Day, writing, "Happy first Father’s Day to my beautiful husband. Thank you, [Tommy Feight] for being the most hands on, present, devoted dad, that I have ever known, by a country mile. (Aside from my dad) Baby Shams Francis has made our bond stronger and our love grow bigger. My heart smiles when I see you holding your beautiful son."
Baby Shams Francis Feight was named in honor of MJ's father, Shams Javid, who passed away last spring, and his middle name is in honor of Tommy's late mother.
