Whitney Rose Gives An Update on Whether or Not She Wants More Children
The RHOSLC cast member shares her latest thoughts about having more babies.
Whitney Rose has been an open book this season when it comes to discussing all things family. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City mom recently opened up about her desire to have more children when she met up with fellow cast member, Jennie Nguyen, for lunch during the October 10 episode.
“I’ve always wanted more kids, but it’s not going to happen” said Whitney, after Jennie asked if Whitney wanted to have more children. “After Brooks was born, Justin went and got snipped and cut,” Whitney added, referring to her husband Justin Rose's vasectomy procedure.
“Justin and I negotiated and came up with an agreement to have two children,” explained Whitney in the episode. “So I agreed to the vasectomy, but later on regretted it.”
“That’s funny because we’re the opposite,” said Jennie, adding, “My husband wants more kids, and I don’t want any more kids.”
Whitney shares two children, Bobbie and Brooks, with her husband, Justin Rose. She is also a stepmom to Justin's children from a previous marriage, and became a stepgrandmother last year after one of her stepsons married a woman who is a mother to twin boys. Recently, Whitney shared an adorable throwback photo of Bobbie and Brooks in a post on Instagram.
"This throwback melts my heart. I miss having babies around my house, they bring such a special energy and light," wrote Whitney in the caption of the post. "I wish I could go back in time and suck up all of the baby feels!"
But Whitney seems to have made an addendum to her comments of wanting more little ones. She still wants to grow her family, but with fur babies instead!
"I no longer want any children unless they are fur babies, send me all of the fur babies," wrote Whitney in an October 10 post on Twitter.
It's no secret that Whitney and the Rose family are dog lovers. The RHOSLC cast member previously shared photos of their two dogs, Rocky and Louis.
"First day of school for Bobbie and Brooks," wrote Whitney in the caption of the August 17 Instagram post. "Bobbie started 6th grade and Brooks 3rd grade." She added, "Rocky and Louis had to get in on the action, they are going to miss their pals."
