Jacqueline Laurita Shares a Rare Photo of Her Son CJ on Her Birthday

Jacqueline Laurita’s son CJ gave her a special gift for her recent birthday. The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum posted a rare photo of her older son, along with a permission slip of sorts. “For my birthday [on April 26] I was given permission to post a pic of CJ,” she wrote in her caption, adding a giddy-looking emoji. 

Jacqueline has opened up about her son’s camera shyness before. Last December, she shared another picture of her 20-year-old, along with an explanation for the unexpected CJ sighting on her feed. “Rare picture of my older son C.J. who turned 20 years old in May!” she wrote. “He started on [RHONJ] filming his 6th birthday! Where has the time gone? He rarely lets me post pictures of him, but because [my husband, Chris Laurita] posted it, I’m posting it too.”

Jacqueline’s more recent CJ photo, which she posted on April 27, showed him holding two silky buckets of flowers. One arrangement held long-stemmed red roses, while the other displayed pretty pink and purple blooms. In her caption, Jacqueline confirmed that the flowers were from CJ — and a special someone else. 

“My son CJ bringing me gorgeous flowers from him and [Chris Laurita] and also [Gia] (CJ’s girlfriend he’s known since the 5th grade),” she wrote. 

When CJ turned 18, in 2020, Jacqueline seized the opportunity to post another photo of her son. She also shared a heartfelt caption that conveyed his warm personality. 

“Although CJ never lets me post pictures of him, it’s his birthday today, so he said it’s ok! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CJ!! Today is CJ’s 18th Birthday ([and] also his cousin Chris Manzo’s b-day)!” she wrote, referencing RHONJ alum Caroline Manzo’s son.

Her caption continued: “It is also Brothers Day (of course he loves his sister too)! CJ has been such a pleasure to raise and he has brought so much joy to our lives. He’s kind, considerate, patient, loving, and has an awesome sense of humor!” 

She added: “My wish for you CJ is to have the ability to strive for your dreams. Never lose hope or faith in yourself or the world. Keep all things in perspective. Always be honest and fair with yourself and others. Have trust and faith in God and in yourself. You are loved you very much! XOXO!”

Jacqueline’s younger son, Nicholas, is also growing up. When he turned 13 last June, Jacqueline shared another sweet Instagram tribute. 

“Happy 13th Birthday Nicholas! We love you and are so proud of all of your hard work and accomplishments. You bring us so much joy! I’m sure you’ll have another great year! Xoxo!” she wrote.
