Jacqueline Laurita Gives Some Big Updates on Son Nicholas as He Celebrates Turning 13

The RHONJ alum shares some sweet news about her son as he becomes a teen (!!).

The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Jacqueline Laurita’s son Nicholas is officially a teenager. We know, time flies. And Jacqueline recently took to Instagram to share an update on how her kid is doing these days as he enters this next chapter.

“Happy 13th Birthday Nicholas! We love you and are so proud of all of your hard work and accomplishments. You bring us so much joy! I’m sure you’ll have another great year! Xoxo!” she wrote on Instagram. She then shared some details on how Nicholas was spending his big day, which included a family trip to Palm Desert, California. “He’s having so much fun!” she wrote.

She also shared a video of Nicholas singing “Happy Birthday.” On that separate Instagram post, she wrote, “Thank you everyone for all the beautiful birthday texts, DMs and comments today! You truly are appreciated!”

Jacqueline often posts updates about Nicholas, who she confirmed was diagnosed with autism in 2012. She thanked her followers for all their love and support throughout the years, and shared another update on how her family is doing. “We appreciate all of your love and support over the years! ... We’ve just been enjoying the moments. Life is good!”

(Jacqueline is not only a proud mom to Nicholas but also her son CJ and her adult daughter, Ashlee Holmes Malleo. She’s also a loving grandma to Ashlee’s son, Cameron. Jacqueline, husband Chris, and their sons relocated to Las Vegas several years ago.)

Jacqueline also shared more exciting news about Nicholas, posting an update about his academic life. “Congratulations Nicholas for earning STRAIGHT A’s in ALL 3 quarters this year in the 7th grade!! We are SO proud of you!” she wrote, along with the hashtags “autism mom,” “autism awareness,” and “autism awareness month.”
