Cynthia Bailey’s Extended Family Just Got a New Member
The RHOA and RHUGT alum says she's "madly in love with" the adorable addition.
Cynthia Bailey admits she’s “madly in love.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum surprised fans on Sunday (May 7) when she introduced them to the new boy in her life. And, no, it’s not what some of you might think.
Meet Cynthia's New Family Member
“Meet Bobbi!!!,” Cynthia captioned an Instagram carousel of her holding a Pomeranian puppy. “Oh Bobbi Bailey? I like it!!! Lol. He is 3 months old!!! I just met him today [and] I am so madly in love with him already.”
The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip mom said the four-legged friend reminded her of Bailey, the family's previous dog that tragically died earlier this year.
“As most of u know our beloved Pomeranian Bailey went to doggie heaven a few months ago,” Cynthia wrote in Sunday’s post. “Most of his life he lived with my mom [Barbara Morris] because of my busy work travel schedule. We miss him sooo much, especially my mother. He was her best friend. Soooo she decided to get another pom puppy.”
Naturally, the post received hundreds of comments from adoring Instagram users, including RHOA alum Phaedra Parks; Cynthia’s sister, Malorie Bailey; comedian Amy Phillips; and Love Is Blind cast member (and Cynthia's former assistant) Carlton Morton.
“Awwww! Memories! Hey, Bobbi!” Carlton wrote. “Bobbi don’t even realize how rich he is yet, Chile. Bobbi bout to be sleeping in plush beds and eating the best of Doggy steaks! ‘I love you, BOBBI!’ *Whitney voice* He’s adorable!”
Cynthia announced Bailey’s death back in January when she posted a touching tribute video soundtracked by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth’s “See You Again.”
“Going to miss this little guy,” she wrote at the time. “Will forever be in my heart and soul. I love you my friend. I will never forget you. God will take it from here.”
The actress/model went on to thank her mother for taking such good care of Bailey throughout the years. "He loved you dearly," she wrote to Barbara.
