Mohamed Hadid's Fiancée Shiva Safai Officially Says Goodbye to the House of Hadid
"It’s time to open a new chapter," the reality star shared about the famous Bel Air mansion.
Back in April 2017, Mohamed Hadid's fiancée, Shiva Safai, revealed to The Daily Dish that she and her real estate mogul love were busy building a home and "waiting" for the right person to come along to snatch up their massive mansion, Le Belvédère, in Bel Air. Well, it looks like all the pieces of the puzzle have fallen into place as Shiva confirmed on Instagram that she and her fiancé are officially moving out.
"Every artist must let other people enjoy his piece of art. [Mohamed,] my sweet love you are a true genius, you have a creative mind like no other. I have been so lucky and blessed to live and experience many of your masterpieces, and the #HouseOfHadid has been one of the most beautiful homes ever built," she wrote. "We created so many beautiful memories here, but now it’s time to open a new chapter and make new ones."
Turns out, it's not just Mohamed and Shiva who will miss making memories inside the massive abobe, which was recently featured in a Jennifer Lopez music video for her song, "Dinero." Caroline Stanbury also shared her fond feelings for the pad.

As for where they will reside next, in that 2017 interview with The Daily Dish, Shiva teased what their next home may look like (more on the in the video above).
"You know, he is a perfectionist and obviously he knows what he's doing, so I'd, like, not step on his toes and let him do the design part. But he knows what I like and I think we've compromised in kind of mixing both our tastes," she said. "But I trust his judgment. He's really amazing."
