Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Brielle Attend Malika Haqq’s Baby Shower: "Beautiful Day"
The Don't Be Tardy family was on hand to celebrate Khloe Kardashian's BFF.
When it came time to celebrate Malika Haqq at her baby shower, Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Brielle Biermann made sure they were on hand to fete the Keeping Up with the Kardashians pal and mom-to-be as she expects her first child. The Don't Be Tardy mom and daughter joined the likes of Malika's BFF, Khloe Kardashian, for the party.
And while our invite to the event (which was thrown by Khloe) inevitably got lost in the mail, Kim, Brielle, and Khloe luckily shared enough photos on Instagram to make us feel like we were there.
Malika is due in March. It was confirmed over the weekend that the baby's father is Malika's on-off boyfriend, rapper O.T. Genasis.
“I have always wanted to be a mother and it’s still a little bit surprising but I’m overjoyed!” Malika told PEOPLE last fall. “I’m a very emotional person anyway, but this is another heightening of emotion … I feel really good about where I am in my life being pregnant now.”
As for the theme, Khloe dished all about the specific instructions she was given by Malika for the party, which was held at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.
"Beautiful day with beautiful people," Brielle wrote about the party. Kim added, "Such a beautiful baby shower. So happy for you Malika."
"A BEARy beautiful Baby Shower!! I have been planning Malika’s baby shower in my head for quite some time. Malika was very specific with not wanting color. So this was the only color we were able to get away with LOL It turned out beautifully!" she said about the many hues of brown, tan and beige used for the party. "I could not thank @mindyweiss @andrew_mindyweiss @jeffleatham enough!! I know I’m a lot at times because I’m so specific and I love to micro manage but you guys always go over the top. You surpass any dream that I have ever conjured up in my head as to how I want something to look. Every time I am WOWED by your work and perfection! Thank you guys for being the best! You literally are my dream team! Thank to everyone who helped put this spectacular shower together!"
