Kristina Kelly Is Building a Family Home: "Who Knew It Took This Much..."
The Vanderpump Rules friend shared a peek at her and her partner's new house construction.

The Vanderpump Rules friend took to Instagram this week to share an exciting update on her family’s living situation. The former SUR-ver posted a series of Stories that showed the early construction stages of her SoCal home, which she will share with her longtime partner, Max Ville, and their toddler son, River.
The first post, shared on June 27, showed Max holding River as he walked across an empty dirt lot surrounded by a stone fence and lush greenery. An excavator was seen in the backdrop along with several pieces of plywood.

“A little house update,” Kristina captioned the photo.
She then shared a picture of a construction crew digging through the ground before installing metal framing.
“A LOT of digging,” she wrote. “Can you guess what all this is for ??”
The following Story showed the metal rods covered with wood paneling, which narrowed down the possibilities.
“Who knew it took this much .. For a BASEMENT,” Kristina wrote, before sharing a photo of her beau analyzing the construction. “Max already thinking about how many surfboards he can fit down there.”

Kristina Kelly and Max Ville welcome their first child together
The update came more than a year after Kristina announced River’s arrival. She shared the happy news in a March 19, 2023, Instagram post that showed the adorable newborn lying in his crib.
“You’re more than I could have ever dreamed of,” Kristina captioned the photo. “Welcome to the world River.”

Kristina returned to Vanderpump Rules in the explosive Season 10, but decided to keep her pregnancy under wraps during filming. She spoke about her experience in a red-carpet interview with Us Weekly last year, confirming multiple cast members had expressed mild suspicion.
“How did I get away with that, not drinking?” the then-pregnant Kristina said with a laugh. “Lala [Kent] and Katie [Maloney] were definitely, like, ‘Why can’t you drink?’ So I said I was on some kind of antibiotic… I think they were so wrapped up in things they had going that they didn't really want to know the details… Somehow, I got away with it.”

Kristina was then asked which Vanderpump Rules cast member had the best parenting pointers. The new mom immediately name-dropped Lala, saying the Utah native not only gave great advice but was a terrific example of a mom.
“She’s such a solid mom and she’s going through so much and to see her be with her daughter — she’s such a positive mom,” Kristina said about Lala, who is currently expecting baby No. 2. “Even when it comes to birth. She’s showing me her birthing video and is like, ‘Oh my god, look at how amazing this is!’… She’ll probably show you if you ask her.”
