Kelly Dodd Reveals Details of Her First Wedding Before She Walks Down the Aisle for the Third Time
The RHOC cast member looks back on her first marriage... and her second marriage.
Third time's a charm! But first, Kelly Dodd is revealing exclusive details about her first two weddings as she moves closer to walking down the aisle to marry again. This month she'll wed TV news reporter Rick Leventhal in California, and before she does that, she's looking back on her romantic past.
"Well, my first marriage was to a lawyer," she said in an exclusive interview with Bravo Insider about the first wedding, which took place when she was in her 20s. She shared all the details in the exclusive video first shared with Bravo Insider members, above.
After that marriage ended, Kelly married Michael Dodd in 2006 — and The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shed more light on those "uneventful" nuptials, above. Their divorce was finalized in 2018 after 11 years of marriage. Together have a daughter, Jolie.
And that brings Kelly to her October 10 wedding to Rick, who proposed to the third-time bride-to-be in November 2019, the same week of BravoCon, while she was in NYC. This wedding will be small due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
"And now it’s the third time — it’s right," she said. "But then when you hit this age, you really know what you want. You really know what makes you happy and it’s just a whole different ball game than my first two."
